About Julie Richie

As a Colorado native that grew up in Greenwood Village, I have been fortunate enough to watch this great state of ours become the place more and more people are calling home. My husband Greg and I are proud residents of the Curtis Park/Five Points neighborhood and are so grateful to be a part of such a historical and diverse community. When I am not working you will find my husband and I grabbing coffee at Metropolis Coffee, a bagel at Rosenberg's or breakfast at one of the many restaurants. You can always pick us out of the crowd as we usually have our rescue puppers in tow, Bernard (3) and Duke (2).

Prior to choosing to go into Real Estate as an agent, I was a financial wholesaler who understood the change in trajectory home ownership can provide towards long term acquisition of wealth, the transition for me was a natural one, helping people become not only home owners but pursue dreams for their future.

As a real estate agent, my first priority is to make my clients happy and protect their interests. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concerns. I look forward to helping you become that next happy client!
