Meet Julie and Greg

As proud residents of the Curtis Park/Five Points neighborhood for the past 14 years, Greg Tanner and Julie Richie bring a wealth of local knowledge and a deep appreciation for Colorado's vibrant communities. Both Greg and Julie are Colorado natives, with Greg being a third-generation Coloradan and Julie having grown up in Greenwood Village. Their love for the state's beautiful outdoors, diverse activities, and high quality of life is evident in their commitment to helping others find their perfect home here.

Greg Tanner attended Regis Jesuit High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder and Denver, where he earned degrees in Business and Administration and Accounting. He spent 30 years with the State of Colorado, culminating in his role as the Controller for the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, managing a $14 billion budget. Now, as a real estate agent, Greg leverages his extensive experience to provide clients with knowledgeable and reliable guidance in their real estate pursuits. He is dedicated to ensuring that every transaction is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Julie Richie transitioned to real estate from a successful career as a financial wholesaler, where she gained a deep understanding of how homeownership can contribute to long-term wealth. Julie's passion for helping people achieve their dreams makes her a natural fit for real estate. She is committed to making her clients happy and protecting their interests, ensuring that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.

When they're not working, you can find Greg and Julie enjoying their neighborhood's local spots like Metropolis Coffee, Rosenberg's Bagels, or one of the many fantastic restaurants. They are often accompanied by their beloved rescue dogs, Bernard and Duke.
